Miss Philippines Supranational 2024 Alethea Ambrosio dazzles in a costume inspired by the Sampaguita, the small clustering blossoms that are the country's national flower.
Its designer, Ehrran Montoya, said his creation was a "vibrant fusion of tradition and contemporary flair, inspired by the elegance of the Sampaguita."
The costume was made with "the purity and grace of the Filipina" in mind, evoking the delicacy of Sampaguita petals.
"The costume pays homage to the rich flora of the Philippines, incorporating elements that evoke the beauty of its tropical landscapes," Montoya shared.
"Embellished with intricate patterns and adorned with floral motifs, it captures the essence of Filipino culture and tradition while embracing the spirit of innovation and modernity."
