A Philippine Navy helicopter reportedly crashed at Sangley Airport in Cavite City at around 10:00 AM today, December 5.
Cmdr. John Percie Alcos, spokesperson for the Philippine Navy, confirmed that two pilots and three crew members aboard the NH432 sustained minor injuries in the incident.
Emergency response teams were immediately deployed to the scene. Moreover, no fatalities have been reported.
The helicopter reportedly took off for a training and check flight, but the incident occurred when it attempted to land.
Authorities are continuing to investigate the crash, while the injured Philippine Navy staff are reported to be in stable condition.
Furthermore, the Navy has ordered a suspension of flights for all similar helicopters while their investigation is ongoing.

Meanwhile, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) announced that all landing and take-off operations at Sangley Airport have been suspended following the incident.
The suspension will remain in effect until further notice while authorities work to address the situation.
