According to RH Edniel Parrosa, the pedicab driver was intercepted by the MMDA Traffic Sector for passing Marcos Highway, which is known to be a national road.
Starting today, the MMDA will be implementing Regulation 24-022 prohibiting e-bikes, e-trikes, tricycles, pedicabs, pushcarts, and kuligligs from traversing national roads, circumferential roads, and radial roads in Metro Manila.
MMDA Traffic Sector personnel said the pedicab driver did not present a license.
Due to this, his pedicab is set to be impounded.
