Under the confidential document circulating online, Marcos and Soriano were listed on PDEA's Operate and Pre-Operation Report dated March 11, 2012.
To further investigate the matter, Dela Rosa set another hearing on May 7, where he invited vlogger Claire Contreras to explain her involvement in the online circulation of the documents.
Claire Contreras is a United States-based vlogger whose screen name is "Maharlika". She broadcast the leaked document.
"Tingnan natin 'yon. We focus on the facts on the ground. Tutukan natin yon. Kaya lang hindi ko ijojourn ang hearing mayroon pa tayong another hearing para yung additional resource person na dapat imbitahan ay maimbitahan natin," said the Senator.
During the Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs on Tuesday, PDEA investigation agent Jonathan Morales, who was the signatory to the said documents, confirmed that the documents were authentic.
However, PDEA Director General Moro Virgilio Lazo reiterated that they were fake.
