The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) distributed various medical devices and wheelchairs to Barangay Lelemaan in Manaoag Town, Pangasinan.
The turnover ceremony for the wheelchairs, nebulizers, blood pressure apparatus, pulse oximeter, and glucometer took place on February 8, 2024, at the 10th floor of Sun Plaza Building in Mandaluyong City.
The event was led by Atty. Anna Liza P. Inciong, Department Manager for the Corporate Planning Department, representing PCSO General Manager Melquiades A. Robles.
Barangay Captain Richard Mendoza expressed profound gratitude for the medical equipment they received. He stated that these provisions are of great assistance to senior citizens and persons with disabilities in their community.
This initiative forms part of the agency's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, aligning with the directive of President "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. to aid our fellow citizens in need.
