PCG monitors over 30,000 passengers in all ports nationwide ahead of Holy Week

The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) monitored over 30,000 outbound and inbound passengers in all ports nationwide, their latest update on social media on Monday, April 14, indicated.

For the Oplan Biyaheng Ayos: Semana Santa 2025, the PCG announced that 15,941 outbound passengers and 16,214 inbound passengers were monitored from 12 MN to 6 AM on Monday.

Meanwhile, they stated that 4,032 deployed frontline personnel in 16 PCG Districts have inspected the 308 vessels and 68 motorbancas.

Additionally, its districts, stations, and sub-stations continue to be on heightened alert from April 13 to 20, to manage the continual influx of port passengers.
