The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) launched a coastline clean-up campaign in Roxas City, Capiz, on Black Saturday, April 8, 2023.

According to a Facebook post by the PCG, the cleanup operation was also organized with the Capiz Provincial Highway Patrol Team.

"Umabot sa 25 sako ng basura ang nakolekta ng mga lingkod bayan sa Barangay Baybay, Roxas City, Capiz, katuwang ang mga Coast Guard trainees ng PCG RTC-Capiz," it said.
