Working visits to foreign countries made by President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. will produce over 200,000 quality jobs, Labor Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma claims, July 5.

This claim is based on the sealed investment deals made by the President during his foreign trips as monitored by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

Numbers may still increase depending on further commitment developments from Brunei, Vietnam, Australia, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Singapore.

The Labor secretary added that based on the survey of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), the employment and underemployment rates in the country have improved, meaning there are fewer jobless people.
