Negros Oriental will celebrate the Buglasan Festival with a holiday on Friday, October 25, 2024, following Proclamation No. 695.

Proclamation No. 696 declares Saturday, October 26, 2024, a special non-working day in Angeles City, Pampanga, for the Tigtigan Terakan Keng Dalan Festival. The event commemorates the city's recovery from the devastating Mt. Pinatubo eruption in 1991.

Lastly, the municipality of Dingle, Iloilo, will observe a holiday on Monday, October 28, 2024, as Proclamation No. 697 marks the commemoration of the Cry of Lincud, the first declaration of revolution against Spain in Iloilo and Panay island.

These proclamations aim to give residents the opportunity to fully participate in their local festivities and historical commemorations.
