President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. arrived at Batasang Pambansa complex in Quezon City on Monday afternoon to deliver his second State of the Nation Address (SONA) later at 4 PM.

Based on the official live stream from RTVM, the President's chopper landed at the Batasan grounds at 3:41 PM.

He is expected to deliver his speech in an hour and 25 minutes, according to presidential son and Senior Deputy Majority Leader Rep. Sandro Marcos.

Speaking to reporters, the presidential son said Marcos personally wrote his SONA speech, which he is expected to deliver at 4 PM at the Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City today.

"It was so different in the first year. He wrote the speech, and asked us to look it over. It’s always nice to have a fresh [pair] of eyes after writing it and writing it again. So, I think, to begin with, medyo mahaba but he was able to shave it down a little bit," Sandro said.

“If I am not mistaken, the one this year will be 1 hour 25 (minutes)," he continued.
