The official debut film of South Korean actor Park Seo-Joon in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is slated to premiere next summer!
The actor's agency, Awesome ENT, confirmed in September 2021 his appearance in "The Marvels," an upcoming sequel to "Captain Marvel."
On Wednesday, during the Disney Content Showcase 2022 in Singapore, it was revealed that the upcoming projects under Marvel Studios include “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” which will be released on February 17, 2023, “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3,” and “The Marvels.”
Directed by Nia DaCosta, "The Marvels" is slated to hit theaters in July 2023.
Aside from Seo-joon, the film also stars Brie Larson reprising her role as the titular superhero Carol Danvers, Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan, and Teyonah Parris and Monica Rambeau.
The 33-year-old actor is now the third Korean actor to star in a Marvel movie following Claudia Kim (who appeared in “Avengers: Age of Ultron”) and Ma Dong Seok (“Eternals”).
