After nearly 20 years in the industry, pop rock band Panic! at the Disco will disband, singer and frontman Brandon Urie said on Tuesday.
On Instagram, he posted a message dedicated to fans looking back at his journey as part of the band.
"Growing up in Vegas I could’ve never imagined where this life would take me. So many places all over the world, and all the friends we’ve made along the way," the singer wrote.

He disclosed his reason for disbanding is to focus on his growing family as he will soon enter fatherhood.
"But sometimes a journey must end for a new one to begin."
"Sarah and I are expecting a baby very soon! The prospect of being a father and getting to watch my wife become a mother is both humbling and exciting," Urie explained.
With this, the singer concluded his decades of journey with the band.
"That said, I am going to bring this chapter of my life to an end and put my focus and energy on my family, and with that Panic! At The Disco will be no more."
To end his message, he thanked fans for their immense support.
"Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or are just finding us, it has been a pleasure to not only share the stage with so many talented people but also share our time with you," he wrote.
Panic! At the Disco will have their one last run for European and UK tour, having Manchester as their last stop on March 10.
Formed in 2004, the band is known for some of their greatest hits High Hopes, I Write Sins Not Tragedies, Death of a Bachelor, and This is Gospel.
