According to a report by Reuters, four armed men entered Crocus City where the Russian rock band Picnic was supposed to perform, and shot innocent concertgoers.
"After shooting people at the entrance, the men made their way into the hall itself just as hundreds of people were taking their seats for the concert which had been sold out," the international media outlets said.
The men reportedly poured liquid all over the venue and set a fire shortly after the repeated gunfire.
ISIS, according to Reuters, claims responsibility for the deadly shooting attack.
As of March 24, NBC News reported that 133 individuals were confirmed dead.
