Malacañan Palace has declared Friday, August 30, a special non-working day in San Juan City to commemorate the 128th Pinaglabanan Day.

San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora announced the declaration in a Facebook post on Monday.

The proclamation was made official under Proclamation No. 649, signed by Executive Secretary Lucas P. Bersamin.
