

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will affect Mindanao while the easterlies will bring cloudy skies and scattered rain showers over the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported.
The weather forecast shows that the ITCZ and easterlies will cause cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Eastern Samar, Southern Leyte, SOCCSKSARGEN, Caraga, and Davao Region. These locations may expect flash floods or landslides as a result of scattered moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the ITCZ, easterlies, and localized thunderstorms with the possibility of flash floods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms.

In Palawan, the wind will be from light to moderate, blowing from the southwest to northwest, while the sea will be from light to moderate along the coast.
Light to moderate winds blowing from the east to southeast will be present throughout the remainder of Luzon, along with mild to moderate coastal waters.
While coastal seas will be mild to moderate, the wind speed forecast for the Visayas and Mindanao is for light to moderate winds traveling in a northeast to northwest direction.
