Astronomy lovers unite!
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced Wednesday, Oct. 4, that it will hold free planetarium shows and telescoping and stargazing sessions on October 10.
"Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the universe. Witness distant galaxies, explore our solar system, and learn about the mysteries of space in our state-of-the-art planetarium," the caption read.
The free planetarium show will be held at PAGASA Planetarium, Science Garden Complex from 8AM to 4PM on October 10.
If weather permits, the free telescoping and stargazing sessions will be held on October 10 at PAGASA Astronomical Observatory, UP Diliman from 6PM to 10PM.
"This is an incredible opportunity to connect with fellow space enthusiasts, learn from experts, and experience the magic of the cosmos up close," it further read.
PAGASA said the event was part of its World Space Week celebration.
It encourages the public to join them on a journey of "unforgettable cosmic exploration and wonder."
