MANILA – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) confirms the resumption of operations of its Passport Online Appointment System (OAS) after undergoing operational maintenance.

In an advisory posted on its social media accounts, the DFA–Office of Consular Affairs informs the public that passport appointments for application and renewal can now be booked via the DFA passport appointment portal (www.passport.gov.ph).

“Applicants who set passport appointments on 28 May 2024 may proceed to the Consular Office (CO), Foreign Service Post (FSP) or Temporary Off-site Passport Services Site (TOPS) where they booked their application for further accommodation and assistance with their passport application,” the advisory stated.

Earlier, the DFA announced that the OAS will be undergoing maintenance due to reported “technical glitches”.
