The Philippine Educational Theater Association (PETA) has recently unveiled the cast line-up and ticket prices for the highly-anticipated "One More Chance, The Musical".
In a Facebook post on Sunday, January 28, PETA management announced that actors Sam Concepcion and CJ Navato will be playing Popoy, the role originally played by John Lloyd Cruz in Star Cinema’s “One More Chance” (2007).
Actresses Anna Luna and Nicole Omillo will play Popoy's counterpart in the film, Basha, whom Bea Alonzo originally portrayed.
Tricia, the role played previously by Maja Salvador, will be embodied by former Pinoy Big Brother Season 8 1st Runner-Up Kiara Takahashi and former "Tawag ng Tanghalan Kids" candidate Sheena Belarmino.
Derek Ramsay's role, Mark, will be played by theater stars Jef Flores and Jay Gonzaga.
In a separate Facebook post on Monday, January 29, PETA management dropped the seating plan and ticket prices for the "One More Chance, The Musical".
Ticket prices range from P1,500 to P3,000.
The exact dates of the ticket selling were not yet disclosed.
"One More Chance, The Musical" will be staged starting April 12 and run until June 16, 2024.
The music will be played by a nine-piece folk band, Ben&Ben.
The “One More Chance” film follows the story of a long-time couple, Popoy and Basha, who were able to mend their relationship after a heartbreaking split.
