This comes after the Ombudsman Samuel Martires, once again, issued a lifting of suspension on Tuesday.
"The Order of the Preventive Suspension dated 1 March 2024 is hereby lifted..." the order read.
Based on the ombudsman's 23-page decision dated May 13, 2024, the NFA warehouse supervisors assigned to 11 regional offices are ordered to return to work.
It can be recalled from March 4, when 141 officers and employees of the NFA were suspended due to the illegal sale of its buffer stock to private rice traders.
Of the aforementioned number, 96 have been returned to their positions.
So far, 45 others are still being investigated, including former NFA administrator Roderico Bioco.
