The week closing August saw a notable rollback in oil prices. As the ‘ber’ months begin, motorists should expect to be greeted with a price hike.
The Department of Energy (DOE) projects a price increase of P0.20 to P0.45 per liter of gasoline, P0.45 to Po.55 per liter of kerosene. The price of diesel may either remain as is, or go up by P0.20.
This week, gasoline was sold for P1.15 less for every liter, diesel P1.90 less/liter, and kerosene for P1.85 less/liter.
