Three persons were killed by the New People's Army (NPA) rebels, which include a barangay councilman, after being accused as military informants in Negros provinces.&nbsp;
NPA's Mt. Cansermon Command confessed that the organization is responsible for the death of Regie de la Cruz in Sitio Maiti, Barangay Buenavista in Himamaylan City on Wednesday.&nbsp;
According to the rebel group's spokesman Dionesio Magbueala, Dela Cruz was involved in the killing of two NPA guerillas in 2022.&nbsp;
The NPA's Leonardo Panaligan Command, meanwhile, claimed that they are under great responsibility for killing a barangay kagawad named Cereloi Balasabas and Raffy Estorco on January 14 and 19 in Vallehermoso, Negros Oriental, and Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental.&nbsp;
