The Department of Health (DOH) reported 188 new COVID-19 cases on Monday, Nov. 20, bringing the total number of cases in the country to 4,123,207.
Based on the DOH's COVID-19 tracker, 13 new active cases have been added, totaling 3,106.
The number of cases recovered increased to 4,053,346, while the number of deaths increased by nine to 66,755.
The National Capital Region (NCR) logs the most new COVID-19 cases in the previous 14 days, with 645.
Calabarzon has 319, Central Luzon has 234, Western Visayas has 150, and Central Visayas has 106.
In the last 14 days, Quezon City recorded 173 new COVID-19 cases, more than any other city or province. Cavite province came in second with 112, Rizal province with 86, Laguna province with 71, and Makati City with 67.
The COVID-19 bed occupancy rate is 15.9% with 3,074 beds occupied, including 1,945 in the ICU and 16,286 unoccupied.
A total of 1,210 new COVID-19 cases were recorded by the DOH in the week of Nov. 14 to 20, 2023.
