The National Capital Region (NCR) will remain under Alert Level 2 until February 28, according to acting presidential spokesperson Karlo Nograles, while Alert Level 3 is raised under seven areas.

Nograles said the Inter-Agency Task Force placed the following areas under Alert Level 3 starting February 16 to 28:
