The National Capital Region (NCR) and 38 other areas will be placed under Alert Level 1 from March 1 to 15, according to acting presidential spokesperson and Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles.

The Inter-Agency Task Force has approved the de-escalation of the alert level in NCR, said Nograles, after calls from the business sector and recommendations from Metro Manila mayors.
