Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) will be subject to a water service interruption on both All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, the New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC) announced on Thursday.

Maynilad Water Services Inc. will be attending to the maintenance and repairs of the Putatan Treatment Plant, cutting off its water supply for a total of 16 hours: from 2 PM of November 1 to 6 AM of November 2.

Flight passengers will however still be able to access water, which will come from the terminal’s water tanks in the meantime. The tanks have a collective capacity for 3.2 million liters. Moreover, Maynilad water trucks will replenish these tanks as necessary.

Terminal 3 restrooms will also be furnished with water containers, which water trucks are ready to refill.

NNIC reminded passengers and stakeholders to save water, particularly when using the restrooms. Any leaks found should also be reported.

All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day are peak travel times for Filipinos.
