Nadine Samonte celebrated her 37th birthday by strutting down the runway for Filipino Designer Norman Malagueño Acuba at the Milan Fashion Week!
On Saturday, March 1, the actress announced on social media that she would be making her debut and closing for Acuba at the Milan Fashion Week.
“Tomorrow I'll be walking here sa Milan for a Filipino Designer and ill be the finale can you imagine??? Grabe as in grabe nakakaiyak sa sobrang gandang opportunity and not only that March 9 I'll be in Paris to walk again and finale again. OH MY Goshhhhh!!! So I'll see you there,” Nadine wrote in her caption.
The actress continued, “Best birthday gift ever. I might not be lucky sa ibang bagay pero I'm so lucky to have this opportunity and to have my family supporting me all the way.”
Nadine closed the runway for Acuba during the designer’s showcase on Sunday, wearing a black terno embellished with sequins and feathered sleeves. The following day, she posted on social media that she was “still on a high.”

Subsequently, Acuba expressed his appreciation and gratitude to all his models and those who supported him.
“This milestone is not just a personal achievement, but a reflection of the hard work and dedication of everyone who has been part of my journey. I want to thank my team for their tireless commitment, my mentors for their wisdom, and my family, models and friends for their unwavering support,” he wrote in his caption.
“Fashion, for me, is not just about style or trends; it’s about storytelling, expressing identity, and challenging conventions. I’ve always believed that fashion has the power to influence society and shape culture, and it’s this belief that has driven me every step of the way,” he added.
Acuba also acknowledged the call to push boundaries, foster inclusivity, and be a voice for positive change in the industry.

Nadine will close Acuba’s runway show anew at the Paris Fashion Week on March 9.
Nadine Burgos Eidloth-Chua, known professionally as Nadine Samonte, is an actress who rose to prominence after participating in the first season of StarStruck. She has acted in various television shows like “Super Twins,” “Endless Love,” and “Darna.”
The Milan Fashion Week was held from February 25 to March 3.
Meanwhile, Paris Fashion Week will be held from March 3 to March 11.
