MrBeast, the popular YouTuber whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, has recently announced the lucky winners of his extravagant birthday giveaway.
In celebration of his special day, MrBeast promised to give away $50,000 (P2.78 million) to five fortunate individuals on Instagram, with each winner receiving $10,000 (P558,000).
To qualify for the giveaway, MrBeast instructed his followers to share a photo of himself surrounded by a mountain of cash on their Instagram Stories and tag others in the comment section of his post.
He also required that joiners follow his account to ensure that he could contact them if they were lucky enough to win.
However, Instagram deleted the post without any clear explanation just days after MrBeast announced the giveaway, but this didn't stop the famous YouTuber from gaining a massive number of followers in just 72 hours.
Despite this setback, MrBeast ensured his fans that the birthday giveaway would still continue as planned since his team had been keeping track of all those who had already qualified for the raffle.
Not only that, but he even decided to increase the number of winners from five to ten, doubling the total amount given away to a whopping $100,000 (P5.56 million).
As the deadline drew to a close, MrBeast excitedly took to his Instagram story to reveal the names of the lucky winners, which include:

He also made it clear that any other claims of winning were a scam.
Despite his massive social media presence, MrBeast is known for his extravagant and expensive stunts, such as his recreation of the hit South Korean series Squid Game without the danger of death. He even made headlines when he helped 1,000 blind people get cataract surgeries.
With 152 million subscribers on his YouTube channel, MrBeast is one of the most popular content creators on the platform, and he promises to continue giving back to his fans in the future with even more giveaways.
