The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines (MPL-PH) is rolling out major changes for its upcoming Season 14.
These include a new scoring system, revamped playoffs format, and the introduction of a global mid-season transfer system.
For the first time, MPL-PH will allow teams to make mid-season player transfers across the entire Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Esports ecosystem.
This means teams can now recruit, release, or trade players, including those from overseas, during designated transfer windows.
These windows will be open every Monday, starting after the first week of the regular season, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Season 14 will also feature a new scoring system.
Winning teams will now earn one point, regardless of whether they win 2:0 or 2:1. Losing teams will receive no points, regardless of the match outcome.
The playoffs format has been adjusted as well.

The top two teams from the regular season will automatically advance to the Upper Bracket Semifinals.
The remaining four teams will compete for the other two spots.
Eight teams will compete in Season 14, with the winner representing the Philippines at the M6 World Championship in Kuala Lumpur this year.
