A housekeeper from Las Piñas won over 61 million pesos jackpot prize in Lotto 6/42 on the July 1 draw, according to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).

In a Facebook post on Thursday, PCSO said that the winner won a total of P61,234,178.20 by hitting the winning combination of 18–25–12–14–13–22, which came from her family member's birthdays.

"Almost 20 years ko na pong tinatayaan yung mga birthdays namin mag-anak at buti naman sa awa ng Diyos ay nanalo din po kami," she said.

The winner said she will use the prize to build their own house and to start an apartment rental business. While some of it will be allocated for her children's future.

"Mahirap pong maging mahirap, kaya ang payo kong nanggaling sa hirap, patuloy lang po sa pag-abot ng inyong mga pangarap at huwag niyo po itong susukuan at kapag ito po ay inyong nakamtan ay inyo po itong paka-ingatan dahil minsan lang po kakatok ang swerte sa ating buhay," said the winner.

Meanwhile, a solo bettor also won in Lotto 6/42 on Thursday, September 7, and will bring home a total of P36,257,127.40.

The winner hit the jackpot with the winning combinations 03-31-15-19-10-27.

Lotto 6/42 is being drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
