Ready for another round of deadly games?
On Thursday, Netflix Korea introduced eight new South Korean actors and actresses who will be joining the highly-anticipated second edition of the hit Korean television series “Squid Game”.
The star-studded cast includes former Bigbang member Choi Seung-Hyun or popularly known by his stage name T.O.P, former IZONE member Jo Yuri, actors Park Gyu-young, Kang Ae-sim, Lee David, Lee Jin-uk, Roh Jae-won, and Won Ji-an.
A group photo of the new cast, who were all clad in black outfits, was dropped.

Earlier this month, Netflix first introduced four new characters who will be played by Korean actors Kang Ha-neul, Park Sung-hoon, Yang Dong-geun.
Aside from revealing the new characters, Netflix also posted still photos of the original cast Lee Jung-Jae, Lee Byung-hun, and Wi Ha-jun during the table reading for the survival series.
The three Korean actors will be reprising their previous characters.
The still photos of the 12 new characters, who were also present during the table reading, were released.

The exact release of the “Squid Game” Season 2 has yet to be revealed.
The first installment of the series premiered on September 21, 2021.
Following its release, it has bagged six Emmy Awards in 2022. Among the awards were Outstanding Special Visual Effects in A Single Episode, Outstanding Stunt Performance, Outstanding Production Design For A Narrative Contemporary Program, and Outstanding Directing For A Drama Series.
