Ro Bongs once again created a space-violet ocean after six years!
Filipino Arohas gave the hottest and warmest welcome to ASTRO's sub-unit MOONBIN & SANHA on Saturday, March 25, at the New Frontier Theater in Araneta Cubao, Quezon City.
It was a night to remember for Arohas as they witnessed a sizzling performance from Moonbin and Sanha to start the event with their songs "WHO" and "Bad Idea," and made the fans go wild for their solo stage performances.
After the opening performance, the two sat down to interact with their Filo fans in a fun and exciting segment with host Grace Oh.
For the first part of the segment titled "Aroha Talk Talk," Moonbin and Sanha answered some of the questions gathered from the fans through Twitter, which made the fans feel more excited about them.
They were asked about the thing that excites them about the tour, to which Sanha honestly answered that he likes the air in the Philippines, while Moonbin mentioned that they went for a massage prior to performing.
The sub-unit members added that they suddenly wore shorts as soon as they arrived in the country because of the hot weather.
For the next question, Moonbin and Sanha were asked about the places they wanted to visit in the country.
"I was recommended to go to Palawan, so I would really like to go to Palawan," Sanha answered through a translator.
While Moonbin said, "Since the Philippines is well-known for beautiful places, I would like to visit Boracay. But I also think that rather than coming to go on vacation, I would like to come here to perform for all of you."
The K-pop idols were also asked about the things they discovered about each other during the fan concert preparation.
"I realized he is very mature. Of course, sa panlabas ng itsura ay nag-matured din," Moonbin said as translated.
"When we compose our songs and complete the composition, I can say maraming sinasabi at maraming ginawa si Kuya bin para dito. I respect him a lot, and I learn a lot from him as a musician myself," said Sanha.
When asked about the gift they bought for themselves, Sanha proudly said that he finally bought a new phone and changed his old one.
Moonbin also revealed that Sanha recently treated him well, and he was thankful for it.
Moreover, Moonbin and Sanha actively participated in other segments such as "Drawing Quiz," in which they failed to guess at least two out of three, leading them to a penalty, and danced to one of NewJean's popular songs, "OMG."
The duo also danced to some of other K-pop groups' famous tracks, like BLACKPINK's "Pink Venom" and Seventeen BSS' "Fighting," featuring Lee Young Ji, after correctly guessing the songs during the "Music Quiz."
They also took the challenge to a TikTok dance craze called "Tingting Tangtang," as requested by the Arohas.
Moonbin and Sanha filled the theater with lots of songs from their albums to express their heartfelt gratitude for the love and support that their fans have shown them throughout their journey as ASTRO and their sub-unit.
They also performed some of their tracks, such as "DIA," "Madness, "Chup Chup," "Lonely, "Dream Catcher," and "Your Day."
Meanwhile, ASTRO already visited the Philippines on September 3, 2016, for the MBC Music Show Champion in Manila alongside M&D, VIXX, BTS, AOA, BAP, SONAMOO, KNK, and GUGUDAN, which was held at the Mall of Asia Arena.
