The 2022 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) will be bringing back its much-anticipated "Parade of Stars" in Quezon City on December 21, the first since 2020 after it was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The annual "Parade of Stars" showcases floats inspired by the films competing in the festival. The stars of each film usually ride each float, giving onlookers a chance to see their favorite actors and actresses in person.
In an announcement on Thursday, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said that the annual MMFF tradition will began from Welcome Rotonda-Quezon Avenue to Quezon Memorial Circle at 2:00 PM.
The parade will run for seven kilometers, with an estimated travel time of two hours and 30 minutes.
The eight official entries this year are the following:
- Deleter by Viva Communications, Inc.
