The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has informed motorists about several roads that will be impassable today, January 31, due to rallies being held by various groups.

According to the MMDA, the affected areas include the People Power Monument and the EDSA Shrine Corner at Ortigas Avenue.

The MMDA advised motorists planning to pass through these areas to take alternate routes.

"Pinapayuhan ang mga motoristang dadaan sa White Plains Avenue at Ortigas Avenue na dumaan sa mga alternatibong ruta upang maiwasan ang abalang maaaring idulot ng mga rally na idaraos sa magkakaibang oras sa nasabing petsa," the MMDA said.
