The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) found that the signature in discharged Mayor Alice Guo’s counter-affidavit was not made by her, evincing her deceitfulness, Senators said.
Guo’s signatures in a Senate hearing attendance sheet was compared to the signature in her counter-affidavit, and it was confirmed via a scientific examination by the NBI that the latter was written by a different person.
(She and her lawyer said she signed the counter-affidavit before escaping. However, according to the NBI, another person signed it. One more lie to add to the stacked-up lies.)
Hontiveros called Guo a “professional scam artist” whose identity is wholly “built on lies.”
This discovery did not come as a surprise to Senator Sherwin “Win” Gatchalian, who said Guo’s accounts have been irreconcilable even in the face of weighty evidence.
(This only proves that Guo Hua Ping is a skilled liar and deceiver. She should answer to the law, along with her accomplices, for their continued deception of government institutions.)
Hontiveros said the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) should hold Guo and her lawyer accountable for their deceit.
