The public wake for the legacy of the late broadcaster Miguel "Mike" Enriquez has been launched on Saturday morning, September 2.

The GMA network pillar's supporters arrived at 8:30 a.m. at the Christ The King Parish, Greenmeadows in Quezon City for public viewing.

Instead of giving flowers, guests are encouraged to donate to its home network's GMA Kapuso Foundation.

The public viewing will end at 3:00 p.m.

In 1969, Enriquez entered in the media industry and became part of the GMA Network in 1995.

He was a journalist for almost 54 years.
