Miss Philippines Michelle Dee made it to the Top 10 Silver finalists of Miss Universe 2023’s Voice of Change video competition.
The finalists were announced during the international pageant’s preliminary competition in El Salvador wherein beautiful and talented candidates introduced themselves and showcased their swimsuits and evening gowns.
Also part of the Top 10 Silver finalists are the bets of Angola, Brazil, Chile, Lebanon, Puerto Rico, Singapore, South Africa, Ukraine, and Zimbabwe.

“Congratulations to the 10 silver finalists. On Nov. 18, we will announce three gold winners out of the 10. I personally thank each one of you for being true advocates and driving social change. Good luck on the journey,” the host announced.
“You inspire many, many people. Keep on changing lives and making the world better,” he added.
Earlier this month, the Miss Universe Philippines organization proudly announced that the Filipina beauty queen led the Miss Universe’s Voice of Change video competition voting.
Michelle garnered more than 150,000 votes for her three-minute video that showcases her personal advocacy of raising autism awareness and inclusivity.
