The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) announced on Thursday, December 21, the cancellation of some flights due to unfavorable weather conditions.
As of 7:20 AM, the following flights have been canceled:

2P 2932/2933 Manila-Basco-Manila

According to PAGASA's latest bulletin, the shearline or torough low-pressure area, northeast monsoon, and easterlies or localized thunderstorms will bring rains over several parts of the country.
Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quezon, and Kalayaan Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the shear line or torough LPA.
Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Norte, and Ilocos Sur will have cloudy skies with rains due to the northeast monsoon.
The rest of the Ilocos Region will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies or localized thunderstorms.
