Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) General Manager Cesar Chiong reiterated his instruction for airline operators to ensure maximum attendance of manpower in case augmentation arises during this coming Christmas break.&nbsp;
Chiong also ordered MIAA's own operations and engineering teams to ascertain the reliability of all facilities and equipment that can highly impact flight operations.&nbsp;
Airlines were also instructed to keep the passengers become aware if their luggage was not loaded on the flight and compensate them based on the Air Passenger Bill of Rights.&nbsp;
Over the weekend, an incident happened where some luggage failed to arrive with its owners in Manila.&nbsp;
On social media, netizens expressed their disappointment in experiencing delayed flights and having to wait for the baggage for a long time.&nbsp;
MIAA said that Chiong already ordered a thorough inspection of this system.
Meanwhile, MIAA's operations and engineering teams were already instructed to make sure of the reliability of all facilities and equipment.&nbsp;
