Representing Cebu's Pasigarbo sa Sugbo Festival, candidate #9 Mia Loureen Tamayo was crowned this year's Reyna ng Aliwan on the evening of June 29, during the Awarding Ceremony.
The much-anticipated ceremony was hosted by Nicole Hyala and Chris Tsuper from Love Radio Manila, wherein the runners-up were also announced.
Ameera Almamari for the Tagultol Fishing Festival of Atimonan, Quezon province placed second as First Runner Up and bagged the Best in Festival Costume Award. The three Second Runners Up are Mariel Bogert of Cebu's Sinulog Festival, Michele Angela Okol of Manila's Lakbayaw Festival, and Nicole Grancio of Parañaque's Sunduan Festival.
On the night before, Tamayo also took the spots for Miss Friendship and Best in Swimsuit. Runner-Up Okol was awarded Darling of the Press, Miss Charm, and Best in Evening Gown.
