South Korean media outlet Star News confirmed on Wednesday, Oct. 18 that Melai Cantiveros and real-life couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Daniela (KathNIel) will be attending the Asia Artist Awards (AAA) 2023, which will be held at the Philippine Arena on December 14.
While the Kapamilya actors’ roles are yet to be revealed, others are expecting that the three will either present an award to the winners or they might receive distinction awards during the event.
Cantiveros, Padilla, and Bernardo alongside SB19 and HORI7ON were confirmed to be part of the highly anticipated awarding ceremony.
The AAA is an annual awards event that is one of the biggest entertainment ceremonies in South Korea, recognizing singers and actors who made lasting impacts in various categories.
Other artists who also confirmed their attendance are Seventeen BSS (BooSeokSoon), LE SSERAFIM, NMIXX, BoyNextDoor, ZEROBASEONE, NewJeans, Stra Kids, ONEUS, Kingdom, and ATBO, and they have been reported to be attending the event.
Moreover, other artists have also confirmed their attendance, such as Boyz, ITZY, Dreamcatcher, KARD, STAYC, Kep1er, Tempest, Lapillus, Japanese boy group &Team, South Korean rappers DinDin, Lee Young-ji, and Ash Island, singer-actress Kim Se-jeong, solo artists Kim Jae-joong and Kwon Eunbi, and Chinese singer Yao Chen.
This year’s AAA will be hosted by Kang Daniel, Jang Wonyoung, and Sung Han Bin.
