In an exclusive interview on Scenezone of DZRH TV, Davao girl group HARA opened up about women empowerment, their dreams, and their debut journey.

HARA is stepping into the spotlight with their pre-debut single “My Love,” an empowering track released in celebration of Women’s Month.

Their single “My Love” delivers a powerful message about self-worth.

“It talks about realizing your value and having the courage to walk away from someone who doesn’t respect you,” Blythz explained, adding that the song applies not just to romance, but also to friendships and family.

The group’s name, inspired by the pre-colonial term “raha” (royalty), reflects their mission to represent strong, independent women through music. As Tashi shared, it “symbolizes strong and empowered women.”

Formed through auditions and scouting, HARA is composed of members with diverse backgrounds—from dance and singing to cosplay and sports—bringing versatility to their performances. Influenced by acts like SB19, they aim to carve their own identity in the growing P-pop industry.

Looking ahead, HARA envisions a future where their music reaches audiences not only in the Philippines but worldwide. Their goal is to represent Filipina strength on a global stage while staying true to their roots.
