Aside from the annual grandiose celebration, one of the common traditions before an approaching new year is making a ‘New Year’s resolution.’

It’s a practice of either resolving to continue doing the good deeds you’ve done in the previous years, change a specific trait or behaviour, accomplish a personal goal, or improve oneself at the beginning of the brand-new year.

This tradition has been going on for years and it is safe to say that everyone wants to have ‘something new’ in them!
