Maynilad: Water allocation remains at 50 cubic meters per second
by Kristan Carag29 April 2024

Maynilad Water Services Inc. assured on Monday, April 29, that the water distributor continues to receive 50 cubic meters per second of water from Angat Dam.

Maynilad spokesperson Jennifer Rufo said the Angat Technical Working Group agreed to maintain the water allocation of the water distributor.

"Nakikita natin na mapapanatili natin yung maayos na serbisyo na normal hanggang maintained rin yung demand," Rufo said during DZRH's Damdaming Bayan.

Rufo provided assurance after Maynilad announced a series of water service interruptions starting April 20 until May 4 due to maintenance activities.

However, Rufo warned the public that an increased demand in water might cause problems in the supply.
