The water concessionaire Maynilad Water Services, Inc. (Maynilad) on Tuesday announced there will be a three-day water service interruption in several areas in four Metro Manila cities as it repairs the major pipe leak along the Osmeña Highway at Zobel Roxas in Manila.
In an advisory, Maynilad said the water interruption will begin from 3 p.m. on March 5 to 11 a.m. on March 6.
"Pinapayuhan naman ang mga apektadong customer na mag-ipon ng sapat na tubig para sa itatagal ng water service interruption," it said.
The affected areas are as follows:
- Manila City
- Makati City
- Paranaque City
- Pasay City
According to the water concessionaire, at least 30 mobile tankers will be deployed, and seven stationary water tanks (SWTs) will be available for affected customers.
"Pagbalik ng water service, hayaan munang dumaloy ang tubig nang panandalian hanggang sa luminaw ito," Maynilad said.
