President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. swore in new officials of the board of Directors of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) on Tuesday, Aug. 24.
Marcos appointed Alejandro H. Tengco as the new chairman and chief executive officer while Juanito L. Sañosa, Jr. is named as the president and chief operating officer.
The new members of the board of directors are Gilbert Cesar C. Remulla, Francis Democrito C. Concordia, and Jose Maria C. Ortega.
The President also tapped new officials in the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO), Government-owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC), and Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
In a Facebook post, Marcos extended his gratitude to the officials for accepting the appointment.
“Nagpapasalamat tayo sa pagtanggap nila sa hamong kaakibat ng paglilingkod sa bayan. Inaasahan natin ang kanilang tapat na serbisyo sa sambayanang Pilipino,” he said.
