A man was shot dead in front of his children in Barangay Alcala, La Union on Tuesday, February 20.

Initial report from police said the victim, identified as Alexander Concepcion, arrived home together from school with his minor children around 11 AM when two unidentified men on board a motorcycle arrived.

One of them approached Concepcion and shot him in the head.

The suspects fled and the victim was taken to the hospital by a responding police officer where he was declared dead on arrival.
