While company Christmas parties usually give away appliances, electronic gadgets, or cash as raffle prizes, Colourette makes it more unique by giving its employees additional five days of paid vacation leave which they can use in 2023.

On TikTok, Colourette's chief executive officer Nina Cabrera shared that additional five days of paid vacation leave that employees can use in 2023 will be one of their raffle prizes for their Christmas party.

In her caption, Cabrera wrote “This was my favorite raffle prize as inspired by Atty. Gideon! Hahaha."
