A magnitude 4.6 earthquake jolted Maasim, Sarangani, on Wednesday evening, August 29, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS).

PHIVOLCS reported that the earthquake struck at 11:47 p.m. with a depth of 31 kilometers, originating from a tectonic source.

• Intensity I - Bagumbayan, Sultan Kudarat; Tampakan, Santo Niño, and Surallah, South Cotabato
