The operating hours in the Philippine National Railways (PNR) and the Light Rail Transit Authority Line Line 2 (LRT-2) will be adjusted starting today, New Year’s Eve until tomorrow, New Year’s Day.
In an advisory posted on its official Facebook page, the management of PNR announced that the first and last trips in the Alabang - Tutuban route and vice versa are as follows:
Dec. 31
Tutuban - Alabang
- First trip - 5:06 AM
- Last trip - 3:06 PM
Alabang-Tutuban
- First trip - 5:33 AM
- Last trip - 4:53 PM

In a separate advisory, the management of LRT-2 announced that the last train would leave from the Antipolo Station at 7 PM, while the last train would leave from Recto Station at 7:30 PM.
“Regular operations naman ang LRT-2 bukas, January 1, 2024 (New Year's Day),” it added.
January 1, New Year’s Day was earlier declared as a regular holiday.
