The Light Rail Transit-Line 1 (LRT-1) enforced on Thursday afternoon a temporary limited operation due to a reported power failure at Baclaran Station.

In an advisory, Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) implemented the limited operation at 1:40 p.m. today from Gil Puyat to Roosevelt and vice versa.

It said it aims to speed up the repair of Baclaran station so it can return to its normal operations immediately.

"We sincerely apologize to all the commuters for the inconvenience caused by this incident, and we request for everyone’s kind understanding. Rest assured that our team is working fast to resolve this and safely resume normal operations," the statement read.
